A company that markets helicopter dollies to government agencies, law enforcement agencies, and private-sector businesses, approached us about having their components powder coated. The company was informed that the steel service center we partner with, PBZ, was fully able to also fabricate and assemble the equipment. The helicopter dolly company originally had its fabrication, powder coating, and assembly done at three separate locations. By contracting with us, the company was able streamline its operation by shifting the entire manufacturing process to us, as well as warehousing and delivery to customers. This allowed them to better concentrate on the marketing of their products.
